THIS MAN IS THE BEST PROPERTY RENOVATOR IN THE WORLD - HES SAVED MY BACON

I initially met Mario about 1 year ago when him and his colleague were posting leaflets through letterboxes in my area and saw them when I was washing my car on my drive.   After we struck up a conversation I arranged with him to do some work at my home in the garden.

Over the next few weeks I got to know him and was pleased so much that I asked him to do some decoration and woodwork inside my house and yet again, he was polite, courteous and I distinctly got the feeling that I was onto a good thing here as he was not aware that I was a fully-fledged property developer and I was looking for a trustworthy individual to work on 3 of my Victorian houses in key locations in London that I rent.  Essentially, I was testing the water with him because as far I was concerned, you often get these people who present well and sell a good story but when you start working with them …something always comes up that causes and argument but that did not happen.   

I just purchased a large 3 storey Victorian house in need of renovation and Mario done the whole renovation last Summer to an outstanding standard and at a very good price – His chaps were always on time, and cleaned up behind them

I also got Mario to do some remedial work in another one of my houses in Chadwell Heath which he done really well and the tenants mentioned how polite and respectful the workers were.  This was another job well done.

I am about to get Mario to go into one of my key properties which is a 3 Bed Victorian house in trendy Walthamstow Village and I need that to be done to a very high standard in keeping with the area - I don’t bat an eyelid as I have Mario on hand.

Overall this man is a life saver for me and I know he will always do well in his pursuits with an attitude to work and respectful mannerism.
